Happy Halloween

I have been unable to post photos today so I'll just write for now. Dad had a bit of a restless night, but seems fine today. He is pretty weak and it now takes 2 people to get him up and in his chair. He sleeps more and more which I understand is normal in these circumstances. His body is shutting down and he is leaving this world. It's not like turning off a switch. It's more like a slow shut down.
He will be having a few visitors today. A couple from his church and later today the Everson's. Chad is with him now and Scott is coming later today to watch sports with him. He's not wearing his glasses anymore as they irritate his nose so he'll have to get the play by plays from Scott. That is usually dad's job but he will have to rely on Scott today. We had a nice evening last night with Chad's family (Chad, Loriann, Matthew, Jonathan, Nathaniel and Brighton), Jesse, Bethanie, Scott and Ami Bonnie and Greg, Annie and Jeff, Zac, Josh, mom and I. Full house. Ami and Jesse brought Halloween treats for the kids and Bonnie made ham and potatoes for dinner. Now I feel like Grandma Mieska giving you all the details like this. :)
More later.
