Quiet Night
Dad had a very quiet night at the Care Center. They gave him morphine every 4 hours and that seemed to keep him breathing comfortably and resting. The nurse shaved his beard today and he didn't even wake up for it. He's not taking oxygen and no food or water. He is at peace.

That is one fine looking German in the photo with my dad overlooking the trees on a Harley trip in Iowa. That's how I will always remember grandpa! I hope you have all been able rest a bit now that grandpa is being cared for by the nurses in Northfield. Love ya bunches grandma! ~Bethanie
