Whitney's Grandmother, Myrna Nordlund, died this afternoon at 4:33 CST. Our prayers are with all of them at this sad time. I am planning to send flowers so let me know if you want to go in on it. I'll get something like a live plant and mix in some fresh flowers. I can sign the card from all of us.

Our deepest sympathies go out to Whitney and her extended family. It is so hard to lose a grandparent, but I hope with time your sadness will be healed.

We are so sorry for your loss! I am sorry that I missed the past few days on here & wasn't able to access the caring bridge site when it was posted here. My Uncle passed away yesterday morning. He was a godly & very well liked man & a lot of fun. It's kind of fun to picture two of the "new kids" in heaven meeting & finding out that they both have family members that are related to each other:) And of Course Grandpa Mieska is probably an "old pro" up there & could be showing them around. Fun thoughts to help ease the pain of losing someone we love. Because as we both know, that while it is our loss, it is definitely their gain:)
