My aunt Phyllis spent an entire day making me a pillow. It's a beautiful pillow as you can see. My mom was going to make the pillow, but then she decided it was too complicated for her to try. So, loving a challenge, my aunt Phyllis took on the task. The fabric was stretchy and it was thin, so it was quite a lot of work to make it just right. It was a big success. If I had to buy a pillow like this I suspect it would be quite expensive. If I had to pay Phyllis by the hour I probably couldn't afford the pillow!!
The pillow is to use in my bedroom to make the bed look "modern". I'm selling my house, so the "stager" (Heather) suggested lots of things to do to help make the house sell. The pillow was one of her ideas. Let's hope the house sells fast since I will soon own TWO houses.
Thanks Aunt Phylllis for taking your whole day to make my pillow.

I think she enjoyed the challenge of the project. She also liked seeing your place and the Sunday night supper.
