We had our last weekly “Mieska Family Dinner at Mom’s” last night. We had chicken pie with biscuits and apple crisp. Mom has a busy week planned with last minute appointments and packing. She leaves for Arizona on Thursday morning. She is excited to get back to Arizona friends and weather, but sad to leave her family behind in chilly Minnesota. Bon Voyage, Mom!
